    • Member and Non-Member Price $50

    • Gold Member Price: $30

    • 2 Styku 3D Body Scans (one at the start and one at the end)

    • Body Scan Comparison Consult with Coaches 

    • Final Challenge Event: 10k/5k run with pancake breakfast

🌟 Orientation Kickoff: January 13th 6:00pm at the Enterprise City Offices

Join us for a fun and informative orientation where you'll be able to:​

  • Meet and greet our dedicated coaches

  • Tips for nutrition tracking and workout planning (will be sent in an Email)

  • We will go over the the challenge details, and answer all your questions

🏆 Earn Points & Win weekly Prizes with weekly check in emails!

Keep yourself accountable with our weekly email check-ins, where you’ll complete a brief survey to share your progress. 

  • 1 Point: Every pound lost

  • 5 Points: Every percentage of body fat lost

  • 5 Points: Every percentage of muscle mass gained

  • 1 Point: Every inch lost

  • 1 Point: Working out a minimum of 4 times per week

  • 1 Point: Tracking calories or macros each week

  • 1 point: weekly social media post about your journey. (must tag @Etownbarbell)

  • 1 point: 10,000 steps 6 days per week

  • 1 point: 7 hrs sleep for 6 days per week
